Our famous Hibiscus Lemongrass Ginger is our customers number one favorite tea. It's like sipping the tropics in a glass. It's delicious and full of antioxidants from all three ingredients. The hibiscus is a beautiful tropical flower that steeps a bright red brew and has a tart, tangy fruit flavor. Combine this with zesty lemongrass and a light amount of spicy ginger and you have a refreshing and healthy drink. We hand blend this beautiful tea with all organic ingredients. If you like tart, no sugar is required. If you like sweet, add your sugar of choice. At the market we use organic sugar in our iced tea. This tea can be enjoyed as a hot or iced tea and is caffeine free.*
For additional taste, squeeze some fresh lime.
*At Christmas time we offer a different version with added clove and cinnamon.

Commonly recognized as Blue Tea, our Butterfly Pea Inclusion is the dried flower and petals of the Clitoria ternatea plant. Caffeine-free, it can be used to make a naturally blue herbal tea, or tisane. The blue infusion can change color to purple or pink when lemon, lime or other ingredients that change the pH are added.
This is also a beautiful color to add to cocktail drinks. Blue sugar looks stunning in mixed drinks.
