To make loose leaf white tea, start by heating spring or filtered water. Once the water reaches 1709° and pour it into a teapot or a heatproof container.
(Temperature is important with white tea as to not burn the leaves. If you don't have a thermometer just let boiling water sit for 3-4 before pouring over teas leaves)
Add one heaping teaspoon of loose leaf white tea per cup of water into a tea infuser or directly into the teapot. Set an audible time (so important or your tea can become bitter) and let the tea steep for 3 minutes. Steep the loose leaf white tea at 3 minutes. After steeping, remove the tea leaves or infuser and pour the tea into cups. You can enjoy it as is or add sugar, or lemon according to your taste.
